A Collaborative Approach

At Elements Diocesan Learning Trust, webelieve that collaboration is key to sustaining excellence in education.To support professional growth and strengthen pedagogical practice across our schools, we have established a range of Trust-wide groups focused on key priorities.

These groups bring together colleagues from across our community to share expertise, deepen understanding, and promote consistent, values-led approaches to teaching and learning.

Our established collaborative groups include:

• Special Educational Needs and Inclusion Leads Group
• Curriculum Development Groups
• Early Years Group
• Trust Moderation Group Sessions –covering all year groups, with a focus on English and Maths
• Leadership Development Group – for Deputy and Assistant Heads.
• ECT Group – supporting Early Career Teachers

These groups play a vital role in fostering collaboration, sharing best practice, and supporting our commitment to excellence, inclusion, and the flourishing of every child and adult within our Trust.
