Scope of Central Services

The Trust’s top slice fee funds a comprehensive range of central services designed to support statutory compliance, strategic leadership, and operational consistency across all member schools.

While this provision ensures access to core functions and expertise, certain schoolspecific services fall outside the scope of the Trust’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and remain the responsibility of individual schools.

Schools are expected to make independent arrangements for additional operational and contextual needs, including site-specific services, subscriptions, and local authority provisions. Where appropriate, the Trust may facilitate access to preferred providers or negotiated rates to support consistency and value for money.
